“easy2survey/We/Us” means easy2survey. easy2survey is responsible within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act. In this Privacy Policy it is explained, among other things, how we use any personal information you provide to easy2survey and how this information is used.

Categories of personal information

When filling in the contact form, you are asked to provide your (personal)information. We collect the following information from you:

  • Company
  • Email Address

Your personal information are kept in a secure and encrypted environment. Your information will never be provided to third parties.

The personal information is used by easy2survey to provide you with relevant information regarding orders or questions.

In what other ways is personal information collected by easy2survey?

easy2survey collects personal information that is provided by you, when filling in the contact form. Besides that, easy2survey uses techniques that make sure the website is user-friendly, useful and more personal. The best-known example of these types of functionalities, are cookies. easy2survey uses two types of cookies, functional cookies and analytical cookies.

Functional cookies

  • The functional cookies are only used to ensure that the surveys that the panellists receive from easy2survey, function properly. For example, these cookies make sure that a respondent can’t participate in a study multiple times, or in some cases when you stop in-between a survey, you can continue on where you left off.

Analytical cookies

  • Besides the functional cookies, easy2survey uses analytical cookies for the website. These analytical cookies are used to analyse the use of No personal information is collected from your other internet usage.

The use of cookies by easy2survey is completely safe. No personal information, such as an Email Address, can be derived from cookies. No personal information from the cookies or other information that is stored in the system of easy2survey is passed on or sold to third parties.

Duration of the storage of your personal information

easy2survey saves your personal information as long as you are in relation with easy2survey. Once this relation has stopped, easy2survey stops processing your personal information. The information will be deleted, with the exception of information that is needed to show that we had your permission to process your data. After a storage period of 5 years, as advised by the Dutch Authority Consumer & Market (Autoriteit Consument & Markt), we will delete this information too.

Protection of your personal information

To protect your personal information, we have taken the appropriate technical and organisational measures. With these measures, your personal information is protected from loss or any form of unlawful processing. Right to access your personal information

You have the right to request which personal information of yours is used, and to access the personal information we hold about you. This information is divided by easy2survey in retrievable data and non-retrievable data.

Retrievable personal information

You have the right to access their own personal information. easy2survey only processes the information provided by you. easy2survey processes the following information:

  • Personal data (Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number)
  • Date and time of registration

You can access and change all this information at any time in your account. You can do this by logging in with your personal log-in details and by choosing the header ‘profile’ in the menu.

Right to object / restrict the processing / delete

Everyone has the right to object, to change the processing of personal information or to have their information deleted. When acted on one or more of these rights, easy2survey will delete your information. Anyone who filled in our contact form can act on one or more of these rights by contacting easy2survey via one of the contact details listed below. After 5 years, after the end of the earlier mentioned storage period, the personal information will be completely deleted. This solely concerns the data processed by easy2survey.

Changes to our privacy policy

This Privacy Policy can be changed. If easy2survey makes any changes to policy rules, guidelines or other conditions referred to, or included in this Privacy Policy, easy2survey will make the modified version at least one month before it becomes effective, known on the website or by e-mail. We advise you to regularly view our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you can end the agreement with easy2survey.
